    Generations Collide . . . You’re in the Middle of It — What’s Next?

    Networking - 8:00-8:30

    Program: 8:30-10:00

Generational differences are becoming a bigger issue in the workplace as many organizations begin transitioning to a younger workforce. Millennials have now overtaken all generations in sheer numbers, quickly becoming the largest employee population in the nation.

You see the way your organization has been operating, but also you see changes coming through the influence of younger employees. Now what? How do you manage both worlds colliding in the workplace? How do you solve key generational issues so that your employees are working together for the good of the organization—rather than working against each other?

In this presentation, “Generations Collide,” Chad Kopitzke will help you dive deeper into common generational differences, teach you to engage across those gaps, and generate valuable ideas to support lasting change for the sake of your organization’s long-term success.

    About the Speaker

Chad Kopitzke is founder of NeXtGen Advantage, an innovative talent management firm based in Appleton, Wisconsin. As a human capital expert with specialized knowledge of generational issues in the workplace, Chad brings a unique vantage point to modern business culture. His forward-thinking approach to talent management—which involves putting the human element back into human resources even while embracing advanced technology—can disarm an employer’s impending dangers and help companies thrive well into the future.
