Heidi Strand Bio Co-owner and Co-founder of Blue Door Consulting, Heidi Strand has spent the past 21 years as a marketing consultant helping clients grow. Strand jointly oversees a team of 55 technical professionals armed with data and dedicated to driving sales for more than 400 current clients across the United States and internationally. She has expertise in all aspects of marketing including research, website/application development, user experience, strategy and plan development, content creation and branding. A graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and Business Management, Strand brings her human resources experience to not only Blue Door Consulting, but her clients as well. As a former recruiter, Strand uniquely understands the personnel challenges facing businesses today, and in collaboration with her team, has developed a marketer’s perspective on finding talent.
